• IF YOU ARE HIGH-RISK OR FEELING POORLY, OR IF YOU HAVE  TRAVELED INTERNATIONALLY IN THE LAST 14 DAYS, WE ASK THAT YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR A LATER DATE.
• PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT SICK. ANYONE PRESENTING VISIBLE SYMPTOMS WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE. 
• IF YOU HAVE TESTED POSITIVE OR ARE SHOWING SYMPTOMS OF COVID19, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
• UPON RESCHEDULING ANY APPOINTMENT THAT WAS CANCELLED, YOU MUST SHOW PROOF OF A NEGATIVE COVID TEST. YOUR NAME MUST BE VISIBLE.
• ALL GUESTS WILL WASH HANDS UPON ARRIVAL.
• WE HAVE ALLOTTED AN ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTE SPACING BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS FOR EXTRA CLEANING. ALL BARRIERS AND SERVICE SURFACESWILL BE  WIPED DOWN AND DISINFECTED BETWEEN SERVICES. OUR FRONT DESK STAFF WILL BE REGULARLY STERILIZING THE ENTRANCE AND CHECKOUT AREAS.
• AT THIS TIME, WEARING A MASK IS NOT REQUIRED.

No, you do not have to make an appointment. Walk-Ins are accepted. However, we build our availability based on our appointments. All of our technicians will honor their scheduled appointments first. We try to accommodate walk-ins when we can. However, we encourage you to call or text ahead of time to see if we can accommodate you. You may also call to be placed on the waiting list. All appointments whether placed in person or over the phone  must pay a $35 deposit for the appointment to be completed. 

Yes! Our owner, Elijasha is the only tech that offers dip services. Please book your appointment with Elijasha if you are interested. 

Yes! We will try our best to work over another nail tech. We DO NOT guarantee the work. Since we did not do the original set, our products may not mix well with the previous tech products. By continuing to book with us, you understand this policy. We check to make sure there is no major lifting or yellowing of the nails. We reserve the right to refuse service for a fill in if we feel as though the nails are not up to par. 

The process of "drying" gel polish is called curing. Unfortunately, the only way to cure gel polish is to use a LED or UV light. Don't worry, all of our nail technicians use LED lamps which has been proven to be much safer for you than UV lights. 

Yes! We have gift cards available either online or in store. To purchase a gift card online, please click here.

We wash our implements with soap and water first. We then dry all tools and place them into a EPA registered, hospital grade disinfectant called Barbicide. 

Yes we do! We offer a wide range of natural nail services. We offer regular manicures, gel manicures, structured gel manicures and dip overlays! If you are unsure if we offer a particular service, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I know our salon furniture is mostly pink, however, we do service men! Pink just happens to be the owner's favorite color. Don't let the color of the fabric deter you away from receiving an awesome service and experience!

Unfortunately, our license does not cover us to be able to work on clients that have a nail fungus. You must seek care from a licensed doctor. We reserve the right to deny service for anyone we feel may be experiencing a fungus. 

Currently, we do not offer Gel-X services. 

We sure can! Please call us if you need help. 

In order to keep all appointments on schedule, we do have a late policy that is strictly enforced. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. Your retainer will also be forfeited. Depending on the service, we may still be able to accommodate you, however you may not be able to get all services booked. For our cancellation policy, you must cancel within 24 hours of your service time. To reschedule your appointment, you must make an appointment within a week of your original appointment date. If there are no available appointments your retainer will be forfeited.
